1/4 Mile Times

I love keeping my car looking good, but I also love taking it to the track and beating on it.  I take a lot of pride in the fact that my car is 100% streetable, has full accessories and weight, driven over an hour to the track, and still can pull off these times.  All with granny-shifting, I think with power-shifting I could probably get into the 11’s.

Best time to date (ran on10/8/01):

  • 12.132 @ 113.96 MPH.
    • .508 - Reaction time.
    • 1.689 - 60 Ft.
    • 5.041 - 330 Foot.
    • 7.778 - 1/8 ET.
    • 91.24 - 1/8 MPH.
    • 10.147 - 1000 Ft.

Click here to see the timeslip.  I think my stock clutch is slipping and I am losing some power to the ground there.  I’m hoping with a new clutch, I’ll improve my times just a bit.  I’m going to try and get a 11 second slip before I make any changes though.  Here is a previous run that resulted in my best MPH:
